Work Place works with many large and small companies in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky that are looking for people just like you to fill their job vacancies.  Because Work Place hires for various companies, we need workers with many different skills.  We also have openings that require very little or no previous experience.

Work Place can help you find a job that is best suited to your abilities, whether you are looking for a temporary or a temporary-to-permanent job.

• Temporary Positions are jobs that last for a specific time frame.  Companies hire temporary employees during peak times, when a larger staff will not be required full time.  As a temporary employee you would be on Work Place's payroll for the entire job.
• Temporary-to-Permanent Positions are jobs that start off as temporary jobs, but based on your performance and attendance can become full time positions.  This is a great way to get your foot in the door at a really good company.  As a Temporary-to-Permanent employee you would be on Work Place's payroll for a trial period and if hired by the company would move to their payroll.

Work Place does not charge you a fee for placement in any type of job whether temporary or temporary-to-permanent.
